Dr. Prafulla Agarwal
Prafulla has a proven track record in conceptualizing and realizing out-of-the-box solutions for complex business needs and delivering noteworthy ROI for organizations.
Prafulla holds a post-doctoral certificate in Business Transformation and an MBA specializing in go-to-market strategies including sales & marketing.
Prafulla brings to Tokere its product innovation and growth strategies, leading both on a front foot.
Co- Founder & Chief Operations Officer
Gaurav Shah
Gaurav brings nearly 18 years of unparalleled experience in private investments across Silicon Valley, specializing in renewable energy, biofuels, and cutting-edge technology. As a former partner at a leading private equity firm in San Francisco, he honed his expertise in mergers and acquisitions, strategically navigating both operating and distressed assets toward successful exits.
Gaurav’s influence extends beyond his professional roles; he serves as an advisory member to key decision makers in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York, focusing on investments that advance disruptive technologies in emerging sectors, govt policies like IRA and IIJA as well as mandatory (RIN, LCFS) and voluntary carbon markets (VCM)
An accomplished innovator, Gaurav holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from USC, Los Angeles, and is credited with six US PTO and six PCT patents in biofuel technologies derived from waste feedstocks, exemplifying his commitment to sustainability and transformative impact.
Gaurav is a licensed independent director from Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India (IICA), certified independent director (UK) and a certified Global ESG Expert from London (UK)
